Nike ACG won the race!

53 hours it took cross finish line for first team! Team Kant Spb just crossed the finish line and we are waiting for third team one hour behind - MYSHY. Team Ukrain had withdrawn from the race last evening due to illness. Race course was pretty hard with weather conditions given - mist, soft melting snow on the ski tracks, hard trekking. Mountain bike stages were without any bike-carrying and relatively fast - average speed for teams was a bit under 20km/hr, and for the terrain around Tahko this is good speed. Official result will be published shortly - please check the results.

Upd: MYSHY team had finished the race on third place one hour behind second team.

Entry is now 52% down!

Great news for all racers who plan to race in Tahko this year! Entry fee for the race is 52% down now and equals 1200 euro for the teams registered before 8th of March. Transportation and accomodation are included in this price - please send us registration form before 8th of March.

Dear adventure racers!

We hope you’re fine and training well to winter adventure season. Unfortunately or maybe Fortunately we ‘re forced to change dates of our race, so that teams arrival will be on the 5th of April and departure on the 11th of April.

Unfortunately, because we did not manage to solve all organizing stuff, that’s why dates are changed. Fortunately, because it means the daylight will be longer you will need less batteries and sunshine will be warmer. Ice anyway will be fine and roads we hope to be less snowy so that you will pass MTB sections quite fast. Few news about distance. MTB total is 231 km, trekking is 70, skiing is 80, skating is 10 km. The longest MTB stage is 80 km so you have many TA where you get your boxes, hot water and in some areas even a soup. These are approximate characteristics; the exact distance will be given more close to the start with altitude gains and expected leading time.
